Seasonal Allergies.

I'm not in Pa but this is my allergy season... ragweed. I'm doing fairly okay this year with liposomal vit C (helps break down excess histamine and reduces inflammation) and Simply Saline nasal spray. Allergy meds make me feel like death

I've learned if you beat off on a flower in the spring, the rest don't try to pollinate you the rest of the year out of fear of reprisal.
