I've been doing nasal irrigation twice a day during allergy season. It definitely helps.

I have a Navage motorized nasal irrigation system. Had to change the batteries because it wasn't working properly...but then...WOW!

Congrats. I know the struggle all too well. I use Navage too. I'm on my second one. It makes a huge difference for all allergy symptoms.
