I love spring, but I hate pollen. Any good solutions?

I take allegra and have flonaze. Took some dayquill this morning, but now I can't breathe. Any ideas?

I went through the Allergy shots thru an allergist. It was a three-year regime that started out twice a week then once a week to once a month until I built up my immunities. It helped greatly and only in peak periods do I have to take a singular Zyrtex tablet once day when severely bothered.
