Pain sooo bad

My upper arm started really hurting tonight like a pulled muscle. I do sleep with my arm under my pillow occasionally. It started KILLING two hours ago .took a muscle relaxer and now some Tylenol since that pill didn't do much. Oh I need to now sleep on my right side, any movement makes the left arm KILL and sear in pain. EVER experience this ?

Yes! Warm shower and stay off that side for a day or two. Also do you sleep in a draft? I used to leave a window open and awoke with terrible arm pain a few times. Take a warm shower and get cozy! You’ll be fine!

That pain can be coming from your Cervical Spine, I have it and it can be a killer! I sleep a lot in my recliner , arm over my head at times..ugh. Misery.

Sometimes a mix of Tylenol and Motrin will work like a painkiller without side effects. Just don’t go over the daily doses if you try it.

@MellyMel22 ty Mel... I took Flexeril two hours ago and just took Tylenol now. Hopefully they'll work together. I've had light pain from sleeping on it before but not searing. Ty again 🐨

@MellyMel22 I'm icing now ...i always forget you need to leave it on like 5-10 minutes, I always just take off the ice after a minute or two 🤦🏻‍♀
