I’m officially old 😢

My necks been sore for two weeks now. I used to be able to bounce back from this stuff quickly but this has been around for ages now and it still hurts. I also don’t have that same kind of energy I used to have for stuff I barely have the strength to exercise these days. I have no energy for housework either which sucks cause I have to clean everything up big time now.
