My health is getting worse

My conditions are getting worse. My memory is very bad now. I fear Alzheimer's. I hurt my head very bad in 2009. I have leg and back trauma. I deal with this daily. Along with Agoraphobia, I feel myself dying inside. I miss my Mom and fear I will never see her again. The last time was 5 years ago at my only sibling's wake. I fear for myself, my husband and my family so far away. I just wish we had a way to go visit them. In case I am pre Alzheimer's.
