it feels good to be excited for something

my camera came in the mail and i got the battery charged just enough for me to start playing around with it. i'm overwhelmed! i knew i would be. there's a million settings and the camera is being kind of picky and sometimes the shutter won't work because the settings aren't right.

i got a couple pics of my cats and dog just to try to figure it out and they're really cute but i need to sort out the brightness too- the background is just pure white from the window lol. i'm watching a tutorial to get a better understanding then i can go do a photoshoot with the chickens outside c:
