Any advice on the makeup

I have a headshot on next Friday for a professional photo for my resume (CV). I'm going to need to wear makeup and brush my hair. Is my hair and makeup ok or a bit too messy? Excuse the old t-shirt I didn't want to get my clothes dirty and wet while testing.

Do you want the truth? Because I don't sugarcoat. You can still see your 5 o'clock shadow and where you are trying to hide your Adam's apple. You can clearly see the difference in your skin tone right near where your shirt meets your neck. that color is too pale for you it's lighter than your actual skin tone. You are darker in your main photo. I don't know why these people are lying to you. Your actual skin tone is lovely stop looking like a vampire trying to lighten it.

@AngelUnforgiven I do not have an Adams apple to hide. The lightening wasn't deliberate and could be a result of the concealer.

@UltimateDemiGoddess sweety yes you do. The first time i called it out you changed your pic immediately and put on a sweatshirt which was a weak attempt to hide it. I told you idgaf how you live your life as long as you were being honest about it. Live your truth. You asked for an opinion and i gave you an honest one.
