it s in Kaohsiung in taiwan. it looks pretty in picture with instagram filter but not so in reality though. lots of places on the city are under construction or deserted/lack of maintenance. it s a safe place to travel and in the city areas it s still modern and convenient. as long as i can take a break i am happy here.
