I think its because some men have rather primitive brains and, like a cat giving a dead mouse to his human, the primitive man thinks that since he would love a picture of her privates he imagines that she, like him, must want a picture of his privates. although recently modern culture wants to push the idea that men and women are the same sexually, I think we're very different. most men secretely want to see the bodies of almost every woman they see. its like crack in our brains. if it was socially acceptable the first thing we would ask in a conversation is " may I see your boobs". I believe most men (the eterosexual ones) have this within them but the primitive ones have not much else in their repertoire of personality traits and also imagine women are the same. I think women need context and ambiance more than us. they are not constantly craving the sight of a penis.
