Oh! Love those old house architectures....this house that I bought this year also has that old fashioned look. High beams n tufted wallpaper with silk embroidery...I love it here! I’ve renovated a bit, but I don’t like the modern look, so maintained a bit of that antique look if you will. @sensualbeauty1

@Vivaci Good morning Vivi, I am a lot like you. Definitely, absolutely love those houses with character that have that Victorian look to them. The retro look with furniture that is square and modern isn't for me. I inherited and have bought some lovely antiques that have been refinished over the years. Living in a rural area surrounded by both modern and farm houses is a great combination.

Yes, my ancestral carry-downs are with a cousin of mine. I’ve always been traveling and it seemed safer with her ...she really takes good care of the grandfather clocks and other brass and chinaware. It’s lovely B...wish you could come visit me someday. 🥰💙🤗❤️@sensualbeauty1

@Synyster I forgot to tell you that house is in Carleton Place. It's almost Gothic in appearance, I'd love to love there. The church is Anglican and the nativity scene is right next to the door.

I haven't been to a midnight Christmas eve service since I sang in the choir. Honestly
the houses in all those places are incredibly beautiful. 🤗🥰

@Synyster Thanks so much, you know how much I love to wear hats. I remember seeing that gorgeous house in Aylmer. There's some that are very similar in design in CP, Smith Falls and Merrickville.

My grandmother had a beautiful house similar to that, although hers had wood siding and no turret. 😍🤗
