Artsy...My husband is big into photography, especially of me...and he likes to use his Monochrome specific (B&W) camera body for taking those types of photos.

I prefer black&white. Unless it's a juicy pink taco.

depends on the subject and what you're trying to do. i often like to change to b&w and then turn up just one of the channels usually red or yellow and have a single color splash in an otherwise black and white image.
