Taken yesterday, could have done a few more laps but I forgot to bring goggles.
To love oneself is a struggle, truly. Trying to shut up the inner critic that keeps telling you to work harder whenever you strip down in front of a mirror is an almost daily battle.
So today, I will head out/run/jog, eat more fiber, drink less (social drinker here), meditate, and be more compassionate with myself.
