This poor lady was born with only 4 toes on her right foot . I'm sure it doesn't affect her at all ?

My dad had two toes chopped off when a car lift dropped on his foot. He had a hoof after that. It did affect his gait.

@AlchemyFox that's sounds very painful. It hurts badly even when the little toe hits the edge or hard object.

My sister got her pinkie toe cut off in a bike spoke riding on the back of a bike with my sister. She can walk etc just fine.

I wonder if it still makes a difference for that person to run.
