Is there fishes in the stream?
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@SimplyTracie If the battery had not gone dead I would have had a picture of fishermen down stream. The state stocks it with trout.

@SageWanderer Cool.
What is that netting or fence for?
carsonfry · 22-25, M
I hope not, they would totally be defenseless.
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@SimplyTracie To keep the rocks from washing away when it floods.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@SageWanderer I see. So it’s like a partial dam. I’m guessing there a large swimming pond above that.
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@SimplyTracie The place where that dam is forms a little pool for the fish. That is a feeder stream to the other one. This is a little upstream from there.

@SageWanderer Gotcha. It’s very nice. I could sit there for hours (as long as there’s mosquitos or other pests).
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@SimplyTracie Best thing about running water like that is that the pests are limited. I've sat there for hours with a fishing pole and no bait. Just so I don't get disturbed. If you look at some of my other posts you'll see the lake it runs into and where I kayak sometime.

@SageWanderer Okay I will check it out
