@samueltyler2 hopefully permanent!! We lived there for about 14 months back in late 2014 and all through 2015. I’m not retired yet and we still have older teenagers so i’ve still got to work. At the moment self employed is going well. So we signed a 24 month lease in Shipyard. If it goes well maybe Wexford next!! If bad, back to Atlanta.... puke!! Lol!

Where in Shipyard? It got hit pretty badly by the hurricane. Just played Flipper-Brigatine. They worked on Brigitine and it is gorgeous now.

Wexford is a quite a bit upscale from Shipyard. We have good friends who live in Moss Creek. There are good buys there now if you can live off island.
