how do you back up- transfer google chrome bookmarks to google chrome on another operating system

i'm hopefully going to get my windows 7 computer upgraded soon, to a dual computer so i have windows 10 in the same computer, a dual boot i think its called, so i have both operating systems.....but i have thousands of saved boomarks in chrome on my windows 7 computer...and i want to know how i transfer them all to google chrome on the new windows 10 operating system?

does anyone understand what i mean? hopefully you can help, many thanks.

If you Google "transfer Chrome profile to new computer", you should get a myriad of results. Here's just one for example:

If you're considering dual booting, go with either Windows 11 or Linux instead. Microsoft is cutting out security updates for 10 by October 2025, and if you love using 7, you'll probably hate using 10 so keep using it as a main OS. But for security, I suggest only running 7 inside a virtual machine so to reduce the amount and severity of security vulnerabilities.
If you signed into Chrome you will have the same information on any device having Chrome as long as you sign in. I have Chrome on 3 computers and they all have the same bookmarks as long as I'm on the internet Chrome gets updated.
@WonderGirl1 I have the same Bookmarks bar and the same Extensions.
