can you still do everything on windows 10 that you could do on windows 7

does windows 10 have all the same features? i'm soon gonna have to upgrade my computer from windows 7 to windows 10, i don't want windows 11 as i've heard terrible things about it...but on windows 10, can you still do all the same things you could with windows 7? does 10 have all the same features?

for instance, on windows 10 can you choose your own desktop wallpaper from your own pictures?

i would appreciate any information you know.

I've used all three extensively and found 10 the least reliable. 11 is way more reliable in my experience. The only immediate difference I can think of is I think Windows Media Player doesn't come with Windows 11, so you need something like VLC Media Player with 10.

@PhilDeep Windows Media player does exist in 10, but VLC is a much better alternative. Windows 10 won't let you play DVDs in media player, but you can do it through VLC.
