I prefer Windows 98. I am not joking. I am an owner of a Windows 98 laptop which I still use. Anyways, I am already going to apologise to you because I am afraid to offend you or any other Windows 8.1 fans who maybe reading. I support full diversity of operating systems. Just because somebody may support an operating system that is not popular is no justification for hate or ridicule. I have an open mind towards all operating systems. Together the world should collaborate towards alleviating all forms of bullying and discrimination. Yes, this includes discrimination due to operating system preference. Not being snarky at all!

@SalamanderWolfWoman Nice i used to have windows Me and I think i had windows 2000 also Vista and windows 7 now I own windows 8.1 and windows 10

I see people around me using Windows XP and Windows 7 and there's nothing wrong with that. Everyone has their own preferences.

@HealingInSilence yea that's kinda where I'm at. I'd rather use 7, but am stuck on 10. And I can't afford a new computer so gonna be stuck on 10 for a while. Like, a long while. At least 10 more years.

There probably are people who do, but I believe support is ending soon for 8.1, so those users will be forced to switch to 10.

I stayed on windows 7 as long as I could, but now I have hardware that requires 10, so I'm stuck unfortunately.

@Thexboxoneguy1991 When Window 10 came about I was still on Vista and my system was too old just to get a free upgrade so I was p!ssed and I started using Linux style operating systems instead like f%k was I buying Windows 10 but I appreciate the traditional desktop look I like all my machines to have that XP, Vista, 7 sorta feel.

I have a laptop thst runs 8.1.. it's okay once they came out with yhe desktop upgrade so you didn't have to use that dumb as fuck tile screen. It isn't a great OS but I never upgraded that laptop at the time because of how spywareish and bloated as fuck windows 10 was/is

@Thexboxoneguy1991 same. It's just clunky kinda with the tile screen. That was a truly terrible idea.
