can anyone recommend a photo software where you can add background colour to your pictures
similar to my post earlier where i asked if anyone knows of a paid or free picture editing- picture viewing software, because i'm wanting to edit some pictures on my computer at the moment...a person on that last post suggested faststone picture viewing/ editing software, which i'd never heard of.....i downloaded that, but it doesn't have that colour pallet, colour adding feature to paint the background to your pictures different colours?
he did mention MS paint, but i don't think there's an MS paint version, because i still have windows 7....i'm not in a position to upgrade.....so any help or any recommendation for any software, where i could add different background colours to my pictures?
