anyone know of any good photo editing- photo viewing software

it doesn't matter if i have to purchase it or not, if it's paid for software...but can you recommend anything?

i just want to edit some of my pictures on my computer, changing the colours, add effects, experiment etc, but also a good picture viewer to view all my pictures, i'm feeling artistic at the moment.

Try Faststone Image Viewer. It does everything I need, crop, resize, adjust colours etc. It's free for personal use.

@michaela2001 never heard of that one thanks, i previously had zoner photo studio which i bought in 2018.

@durinsBane1983 if you try it, good luck. I've been using it for a long time on my desktop computers. It's not photshop, but as I said, it does all I need of it. The most used functions for me is the organisation, making albums, naming & describing photos, crop & resize. The autocolor feature is quite good too, that gets rid of a lot of UV haze in photos.

@michaela2001 sounds good, i'm downloading it now, can you add different colours to pictures? that's what i love to do.
