I was senior process engineer at Smiths medical implantable infusion devices (portals) some years back for five years then returned to Seagate to manage the Servo track writer mechanical engineering dept then went into R&D . On the side I had a make incontinence clamp company but the FDA licensing fees have become too high so i closed it last month.

@Tastyfrzz I'm looking for someone to take my idea for a heart rhythm monitor and run with it to the point where I can file for 510(k) Class II approval, but I have no revenue and nothing on the horizon. I CAN offer equity in the company, but not much more. I don't even have a valuation because I have no Proof-of-Concept, hence my need for an Engineer in the FIRST place. Catch-22, y'see.
