One thing about diagnosing other people's software problems is that they're usually right that there is a problem

But often completely off about what caused the problem and a good chunk of solving it is trying to figure out *what* the issue actually is

I always first do my own due diligence, restart the device, research online, follow instructions, way 1,way 2, way 3.if that doesn't work, ask forum. And if that fails, ask customer tech support.

@greensnacks I'm pretty like that as well with my own stuff. But with work things are different.
