One thing about diagnosing other people's software problems is that they're usually right that there is a problem

But often completely off about what caused the problem and a good chunk of solving it is trying to figure out *what* the issue actually is

@Selah It can be if I'm under a time constraint. And spending a whole day on a bug without really getting anywhere on it sucks.
