I have never used these new apps.
But I suppose they are used now when I call places and select options. And used for automated phone chat services, too. Like when CVS sends me a message and I reply.

@JoyfulSilence This was a website. I noticed a new icon on my PC and it turned out to be this AI. I checked whether I could remove it, but I think I can only deactivate it in the registry. But I couldn't restart my pc yet, so I decided to check it out first and then it send my to that website where I could chat.
Select options on a call is not through AI, I think. That's just an algorithm? Not entirely sure what automated chat services are, but it does sound more like an AI, yes.
