Satisfaction questionnaires

Anyone else notice that after a frustrating long and stressful phone call to a phone or tv company you don’t get the satisfaction questionnaire asking how well they’ve done , so can’t score them -1000

What’s the point of doing that? You want to get someone in trouble at what probably is a stressful job they can’t afford to lose?

@RedBaron yes i totally agree i don’t want to get staff in trouble my problem as been with the system, I couldn’t pay a 80p phone bill over the phone , I tried for hours. I’m talking about how the big companies get a 5 star rating,,,, they don’t send questionnaires to unhappy customers !

@Barny52 Why don’t you pay online? That’s easier.

@RedBaron couldn’t get on account, the bills were paid by direct debit and I closed that account transferring payments to another account but it paid late by one week, I spoke to many different staff and they couldn’t take money I even sent a check for the small amount but they sent my details to bailiff I had to pay more in admin fees than 80p bill

I've not encountered that but it does seem that the worst companies for communicating with their customers, are the communications companies.

I rather have a reason to call the IRS than to call a phone company.
