Is a 300$ dollar phone expensive or cheap?

Samsung has amazing phones for $300.. I wouldn’t say cheap because that’s $300!.. but if you want a phone with all the bells and whistles (like my grandpa says) that’s gonna run you over $1,200

@Thexboxoneguy1991 yeah if you get on a contract with Verizon or whoever .. you could get a nice $1,000 dollar phone for like 50 a month or even free if you sign for a contract
