So I want to install Linux without a USB Drive.the only problem is

I have to create a bootable partition. I only have one hard drive with only 2 TB.

My issue is, I don't want to create a dual to have both Linux and Windows 10.

I just want to wipe out windows 10 completely and install Linux instead. How do I do that?

If you really don't have another bootable device (USB, DVD) i think it gets tricky.

You could look into a netboot option, if your machine supports that.

There is a thing called, i think, grub2win that lets you install grub inside windows and go from there. Google is your friend here.

Never tried either of these options, so you're kind of on your own. No guarantees.

You sure a dual boot system isn't ok?

I guess there's another option that might be simpler. Set up a dual-boot system and then kill Windows and clean up the partitions. Lots of info out there on doing that.
