need some tech help with my laptop
the audio on my laptop has stopped working. It's detecting that audio is being played, but there's no sound coming through the speakers or headphones (which work on all other devices).
This has been the same for youtube, spotify, netflix, and other websites.
There was no warning signs whatsoever, it just randomly stopped working.
I've tried everything I can think of. Audio troubleshooters, an entire factory reset, and downloading a new audio driver. None of which have worked.
I'd really appreciate help.
