Is it me or is it my OS or mouse or USB ports?

I seem to click on stuff and then nothing happens, and then I gotta click on it again. I've tried changing priority of explorer.exe to High, but that doesn't entirely resolve it. This issue never happened to me when I was on Windows 10 (currently on 11) or when I use other computers. I also noticed that when my laptop is plugged in, this issue goes away too strangely enough.

Always check for CPU capacity. I always first hover the elements I want to click on, to see if the system reacts without any further action.

@scooogy even when the system reacts upon hovering, sometimes it still doesn't click; I think it's just a Windows 11 issue
