I Have An iPhone

My daughter felt it was time for an upgrade, so I got her iPhone. The one she bought when they first came out. I think it might 7 or 8 years old. Works fine still. I just took it in to the Apple Store and they said they upgraded it to the newest software, but I have no idea what that means, and haven't noticed any differences in performance.

I know nothing about it really. Just that when she gave it to me, she said, with a laugh, take care of it, it may be worth money some day. It was one of the first phones Apple ever made. And then she said after seven or maybe eight years, it was time for an upgrade. So I got this one.. I don't use it for anything except phone calls and texting. I don't try to use it for browsing or anything fancy. It works fine. Is it slow? I couldn't tell you. I don't know slow or fast. I've never had one before. She also gave me her old iPad, but this is from 2012, so it's newer.

@Serenitree, That's nice. iPhones keep most of their value over time. Who knows? One day that iPhone may be an antique and be worth a lot!

@Serenitree, do you mean the original iPhone? The iPhone 2g?? That's quite old, no? The newest OS for that phone is 3.1.3! I know the newer the OS on an iPhone the slower it gets.

I couldn't use anything older than a 4.

I don't really consider those old phones Bahahaha
I have a 5s that I'm giving my son. He uses it now on wifi but has no service. It was in great condition when I upgraded to the 6s
