@Max41 I can't use it it's locked completely because I tried unlocking the passcode so many times.

@Pinkglitter You can open it by going to a service centre , or a mobile repair shop , they can reopen the phone , but you might lose all the pictures , and videos saved in its internal memory .
but the phone will become useable again .

Yes then you should get it opened through apple service , or repair centre , but only after permission from cops or lawyer .
