how do you 'get over' losing over 2000 tabs in google chrome

and what can be done about it? it just happened to me before in google chrome, i opened over 2000 tabs in chrome which ive had open for weeks now, chrome crashed earlier on and when i clicked ' reopen tabs' - it never did open them again and...

2k tabs? Can I ask why would you open that many tabs? Also I think you should try chromium it might work better for you.

That is a massive resource drain and it's no wonder it crashed.

You can have a bookmark bar with folders to store all your links and categorize them.

@Jessmari your right, weirdly enough the other day when i launched chrome again, it launched all those 2,000 tabs miraculously again, so i quickly bookmarked them, but now ive closed them all down now ive saved them and started a new session.

@Lilnonames i have ocd, and i keep opening tabs i'm interested in and before i knew it i had over 2,000, it's like with everything i do, hoarding books, cds etc.
