i had nearly 500 tabs open in google chrome, now i've just lost them all because chrome shut down

unexpectedly, i think because my windows computer is low on memory....but i have ocd and get obsessed in saving everything, hoarding and recording everything i had open in windows.....and because ive just lost all those tabs with important info in them, important webpages, it's really tormenting me?

what can i do in this situation?

Usually when you reopen the browser, if it crashed typically it should open restoring those tabs, but if it doesn't then you'd have to do the legwork in getting back to those tabs
