Can people get unknown searches on Google search

Hi basicly was checking the weather with my partner on my partners Google search and I saw a list of things searched underneath but not bold more thin writing that looked typed
In search came up LivU a chat site making friends cam site. I asked him about it he never noticed it. He says he honesty didn’t know what it was. He then showed me his history and emails to prove he is not been on anything like that.

In past he has been known for lying and getting angry and flying of the handles about it in the past.
But when he saw this he was calm and had no clue. We even checked make sure wasn’t accidently installed it wasn’t. So has anyone experienced this when a search come up and they never searched it. No one else has his account. He only uses his phone

He even told people at work about it lol as I was worried about his account may have been used.

@Jadetherabbit What he has and does not have only he knows that. Do you know a computer geek if you do bring the computer there and ask them to check well actaully if you use team view you install team viewer and get your computer geek to dop the same give him the password and they can get into the computer and really check things out. What people had and recieved really means nothing because things can be deleted.

@Jadetherabbit No he may tell you incase he forgets but maybe he tells you because he wants you to find out stuff and throw him out in a way he can blame you for the break up but really its his fault because with password memory or keeping the password on his phone in the notes. But maybe it just me .
