Mansplaining

What does this mean? Google says a man explaining something to a woman in a condescending way. So what if its a woman explaining something in a condescending way? Do we say womansplaining? Why is it just for men? Just curious

I've heard of this, though obviously anyone can be condescending in how they talk to others. I have that problem more with people who are older than me, rather than with any particular gender. I have a tendency to talk on and on enthusiastically about things I'm interested in, but that probably has more to do with my slight autism than with any belief that women need to be "instructed" or condescended to.
