I Google Everything

Google is not always right. Don't just keep looking for solutions to your problems only through google.
It is just a search engine.

It just provides you with whatever could be the possibility to an xyz situation.

For instance numbness in some parts of the body doesn't necessarily mean that you are suffering from MS, Fibromyalgia or Diabetes; it is also a sign of B12 deficiency.

You are so correct. Also Guillain–Barré syndrome which starts as tingling numbness in feet and fingers but moves on up. I had that in the 80s

@lasergraph Couple of years back, unfortunately, I happened to meet a Neurologist who thought I had been suffering from MS just on the basis of some symptons that are common to a number of diseases.
I believed the dr and kept googling MS symptoms and I really thought I was left with some time until I'd had MRI with contrast.
