if we are talking about cc cleaner its a solid program just have to set it up right so it dosent wipe out certain stuff i run it like once a week on my labtop in the options there is boxes u can check read which drive or what cookies u want to get rid of but if u got pirated video games of torrent they might not work anymore it cleans out cracked files
