if i download c cleaner will it remove any important files or my personal media files

i've encountered a problem on youtube just before, videos are not playing and its a blank black screen...and i was thinking if a download ccleaner and run it, would it fix this issue? i'm still using a win 7 desktop computer too.

i have a lot of media files on this computer and i wouldn't want ccleaner to accidentally delete any of them.

any help appreciated.

if we are talking about cc cleaner its a solid program just have to set it up right so it dosent wipe out certain stuff i run it like once a week on my labtop in the options there is boxes u can check read which drive or what cookies u want to get rid of but if u got pirated video games of torrent they might not work anymore it cleans out cracked files
