malwarebytes help anyone
i recently, in the last day had an error message appear in malwarebytes premium, the exploit protection won't turn on?.............ive had malwarebytes premium on this windows 7 desktop computer for years, since 2016, without any issues.....since ive had malwarebytes ive never logged into my malwarebytes account...i tried to yesterday by choosing the forgotten password option.....but it never sent me a link to my email to reset my password.
ive also lost & forgotten my license key, and money is still being billed every so often from my bank account for malwarebytes.
a real problem. so i want to know what i should do? should i uninstall then reinstall malwarebytes? if so would i have to create a whole new account? and if i do...how could i cancel payments being taken out my bankout for this account with malwarebytes?
it does look like i'll have to unistall and reinstall malwarebytes, but would this be possible and to create a new account with malwarebytes?
