There's a little up arrow next to the system tray, it automatically hides some of them

@AbbeyRhode did the whole start bar (bar on the bottom that has the start button, clock, and system tray) disappear? There's an option for auto hide and it can also be moved to different corners of the screen

@AbbeyRhode you can probably hold control and shift at the same time and hit escape once while holding them to get the task manager up, close the task called "explorer" and then click on file (on the task manager, or whatever the far left menu name is) and click new task and type explorer and hit ok
That would close the windows explorer task (that is responsible for the folders and task bar)
Alternatively, you could just restart the computer
