I Am On the Computer Too Often

On on my computer far more often than I should be. It’s my go to thing to do when I’m home and when I’m not home I’m on my phone. I tried having a technology free week a few weeks ago but I only lasted two days before giving up!

It's easier when you engage with friends a lot. Being alone often wont help you reduce the use of internet. :)

@Mahjack I spend a lot of time with friends too except all we do is drink and party. It’s more when I’m home after work or before than I’ll go online. Or when I’m out I’ll be on my phone like at work.
