I have a reoccurring nightmare where all my stuff gets deleted by a computer virus

and even when I try to turn off my computer it still just turns right back on and this progress bar keeps going on deleting everything and showing all my sex videos with my exes to the entire internet as well as making stupid emails I never wrote to everyone where it is inconvenient for me
