Has anyone here used the Apple II or the Apple IIe emulator?

I'm having problems with the colors changing when I switch from windows mode to full screen mode. There's no option for graphics display or resolution. The only config setup that you can do for graphics is scanlines, different color modes and a couple of other option not related to resolution, but that's it.

I can't even make the window bigger, like it doesn't have a stretch option, so I'm stuck with what looks to be a 320x200 window.
