I Love Apple Products

I do but... I love the way the company does business and treats customers even MORE than I love their products.

It started when I purchased a used macbook for my Daughter - something went wrong with it out of warranty - I took it in and they fixed it, no charge. Another large company never treated me this well. So I purchased one for myself only - it never broke it just worked and worked and worked until it was so old it was no longer supported. Meanwhile I purchased an iPad and multiple iPods and a mac desktop and another couple of MacBooks and a couple of iPhones and my phone gave me fits over the weekend - and today out of warranty they replaced it - for $99 which is what apple care would have cost if it was available for another year - and they gave me a brand new phone even though mine was at least three years old. Do I love their products? Yes they are the only computers and tablets and phones I will ever purchase but the reason why is how they run their business and how they treat their customers and NO one else comes close this

The macbook air is solid state except for a cooling fan - no hard drive to fail in it. Storage is in the cloud and the way it integrates with my phone and iPad is incredible. I like the idea of a cheap lap top but I am so done with Windows. I used to be a blackberry phone user - they had such horrible customer service - as in pay us to talk to you customer service that I said I was done with them and Apple migrated all my contacts into the phone which was the sticking point in my head from ever changing. Dell was zero help after the warranty ran out - and the computer over heated from the first moment. It has been repaired but I have never turned it on since I got my first macbook. I should have sold it.
