are there any adblockers for the iphone i could install

on my computer all the ads are blocked on youtube, so i never see any, but when i go to my bedroom at night and watch youtube, most, if not all videos i watch have annoying ads, and they've got more frequent, longer and annoying....so i'm asking out of desperation really......is there any way you can block the youtube ads while watching on your iphone?

On my phone I watch YouTube on the browser with an blocker installed rather than using the YouTube phone app.

I mean I'm not sure what the score is on an iPhone as I've never used one so there might be a better solution but worst case scenario you'd probably be able to find an ad blocker in the phone browser's app store and watch YouTube through that.

@AdaXI hiya AdaXI, nice to hear from you again, i don't know much about it really, i think you mean the brave browser? i've got brave on my iphone, and i'll look in the app store and see if they have anything, it's just the ads, they do my head in, lol....anyhow, how are you? hope your doing well.

@durinsBane1983 Yes the Brave Browser comes with uBlock Origins ad blocker installed so if you've got that browser already then job done you should be able to watch YouTube videos ad free on that🙂

It's a long time since installed Brave on my phone though so I can't remember if uBlock was just switched on when I first set it up but I imagine it will be.

Which reminds me did you manage to get the error code that kept popping up out on your computer sorted out?
