Don't know how Dell can be this incompetent for a successful PC OEM

I need to download a bios update for my laptop but Dell cannot even design a website so the file downloads properly.

First off the default "download" button points to the license agreement txt file, not the bios file.


When you change it to download the actual file, again it doesn't actually download anything. It tries to open the file as a text file in browser. WTF. This is total amateur hour.
