Where are the consumer-grade cellular laptops?

There actually exist laptops that have cellular capabilities. As a result, they are basically smartphones in addition to being laptops. Such laptops are only available in $2000+ USD prices, because they are business laptops with additional business security features that also drive up the price. I really do not want to have to take out a loan to buy a computer/phone, so where are the cheaper $800 to $1000 consumer-grade cellular laptops?

@FrozenWasteland Any that support 5G? Yes really. I was able to objectively prove 5G is superior to 4G, though not completely necessary. Actually any good ones at all?

For users seeking a truly compact device, small form factor laptops from brands like GPD or handheld devices like the Legion Go offer portable computing with full Windows functionality, though they are not traditional laptops.

@Maturebate But these have no cellular capabilities. You can't use a SIM card on these devices.

@X6900ES you can attach external keyboard and display to some Samsung phones i believe.

@Maturebate But those do not have the required and mandatory x86_64 processors.

5g dongles are readily available for about £10 so they must be about the same in the US
