Does your employer furnish you with an iPad or laptop or smartphone?

If your business requires you be contactable in a meeting when you’re home, how do they make contact? On your private phone for their business purposes? Who pays the bills?

Company laptop and mobile. Unless there's a panic on I switch the mobile off around 7 and don't check email from home. Has to be a dividing line between work and home.

When I was working the company provided the cellphone. I really needed it as well, because I was a rover. I could be anywhere. Especially off the job sites.

However I had to use my own laptop to make out the expense reports. Fax and printers where provided at the job sites.

Learned to use my cellphone to email the darn expense reports, when they finally got email.

It took them a while to do so. I worked for them twelve years.

My job paid for a laptop of my choice, which was even better. I am retired and still have 2 i7 laptops that work well.. 😷
Yes. But with employers that did not provide a laptop I bought basically a burner just for work. No way am I letting an employer anywhere near my personal machines.

They pay for the use of our cell phones.

In that case, the company supplies the hardware and pays for it
