Why can't I join the servers in my new discord account?

When my discord account was banned, I opened a new one, but I cannot join the servers, why could this be?

Maybe it wasn't (just) and account ban, but an IP ban?

@NerdyPotato I think so too. When I changed my IP address, I realized that I could access those servers.
